Global trade and the transportation of goods hold both risks and opportunities for internationally active companies. Within a global supply chain core components like restrictions and regulations must be recognized, understood and effectively dealt with at a higher level. The complexities of export controls and trade compliance for global companies continue to increase. In addition, enterprises mustn’t underestimate the challenges associated with correct import procedures.

How do you implement a Global Trade Compliance program and what should you take into account when doing business with countries subject to European and US embargos? Hear a live example of Sandvik and how they have embarked on a journey of trade compliance.
